I will use this blog to gather and record my reading and thoughts about language issues in university studies. This is an especially important issue for Victoria University, Melbourne Australia, where I work.
The goal of university education is not to be a knower, but to be a learner; that is, to be able to bracket your current knowledge and be open to learn anew.
